  • Train                      -           Time to put in the work, consistency is key. It’s not all gym work and treadmills, but ultimately the work must be done by you, both when it comes to movement, and in the kitchen.  This time though, you have me on your team.

A BIT ABOUT ME

Chris – Personal Trainer & Lifestyle Coach

Hi, I’m Chris, and I’m here to help you make lasting, positive changes in your life—just like I did for myself. Seven years ago, I was living a completely different life. I weighed 21 stone, smoked heavily, and relied on takeaways for most of my meals. My health was spiraling, and I felt trapped in a cycle of poor choices and unhealthy habits.

 

But everything changed when I decided to take control of my life.

​

Through dedication, hard work, and a lot of self-compassion, I lost 8 stone, quit smoking, and transformed my lifestyle. Along the way, I discovered the power of fitness—not just for changing your body, but for shifting your mindset and unlocking your full potential. Today, I’m an ultra-marathon runner, and I’m living proof that no matter where you start, you can completely rewrite your story.

As a Personal Trainer with 7 years of experience, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to take that first step towards a healthier, more active life—especially when you've been stuck in old habits for so long. But I’ve been there, and I’m here to support you through every step of your journey. Whether you're looking to lose weight, improve your fitness, or simply create a lifestyle that works for you, I’ll be right there beside you, helping you build sustainable habits that fit into your real life.
